How does Onsite Staffing work?
The program is developed for you by our Program Director and a Program Coordinator who are located on your site for any number of agreed upon days per week. Working closely with your team, we create the staffing model to define and expedite the process of hiring people while protecting and managing our client companys brand. We also train hiring managers in interviewing skills, closing techniques and communication strategies, impart industry trends, and share our hiring paradigm with all those involved in recruiting.
The Program Coordinator becomes the daily point of contact to recruiting channels, maintains relationships with these channels, and leads the selection and hiring process for you.
Can we use Onsite Staffing if we also have a Human Resources staff?
Definitely. We can work in tandem with in-house HR, accessing them as a resource for company policies, benefits information, and corporate cultural insights. Experienced in wholly integrating with HR to develop new policies and practices, our objectives reflect our clients overall mission. Additionally, our Program Director, an experienced corporate trainer, is available to train a companys HR team in the Onsite Staffing methodology.
How will Onsite Staffing help us realize the results we need?
Our program is consultative; we don't simply enter your organization and fill jobs using the same model you have instituted. You only need us if your current system is not working. Our Program Director designs and implements a staffing model that views recruiting from a proactive perspective not a resume-pushing, administrative function. How do you find candidates for our open positions?
Provided with a full understanding of your culture and requirements, our onsite staff manage the relationships with all recruiting channels such as web posting sites, employee referrals, academic institutions, and staffing vendors, from initial contact to hire.
