As President and Founder of Core2 Business Consulting, Inc., Dave Roberts consults directly with senior members of client companies to gain an understanding of project goals and determine how and where Core2 can play a crucial role in implementation. Dave draws on over 15 years’ experience consulting across industries and works collaboratively with client companies to develop, implement and maintain staffing programs. The programs are designed principally to gain a market advantage in acquiring and retaining a talented temporary and employee workforce.

After serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, Dave began his consulting career with GE Consulting Services. At GE, he was responsible for deploying and managing team consulting resources in support of his clients' business goals.

Dave then moved on to build his own firm, MetroSystems, which specialized in both direct and contractor placement of Information Technology professionals. He eventually sold this successful venture and established On-Line Resources in 1993, now Core2, where he has enhanced the company focus to include the recruitment of all levels of human capital. He has positioned his organization to work collaboratively with client HR Departments and business units to help them gain a competitive advantage in the human capital market.

Dave holds a bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame. He actively serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy, a non-profit organization working to prevent adolescent pregnancy and to promote quality services for pregnant teens and their children through policy analysis, education, research and advocacy.
